There is a crack in everything,

that's how the light gets in.

What is mediation?

Because of the pervasive presence of conflict and the emotional, physical, and other costs that are often associated with it, people have always sought ways to peacefully handle their differences.

Mediation is therefore a voluntary and flexible process, which takes place in a private and confidential setting. A neutral and impartial person, the mediator, helps people involved in a conflict to communicate, to try to resolve their difficulties and to find a favorable outcome for their disagreement.

Who can benefit from this service?

Any person or leader facing a dispute or conflict of any kind.
Anyone preparing to negotiate in a reasoned manner.

You can take the initiative to suggest mediation if you are involved in a dispute, legal proceeding, or want to prevent a difficult situation or misunderstanding from escalating into litigation. Because of the voluntary nature of the process, it is essential that each person concerned agrees to undertake the mediation.

What is our procedure?

All thanks to various tools to raise awareness, reflection, openness to genuine communication and the emergence of solutions, all in a safe and non-judgmental environment.

The Klarté approach is not here to tell you what to do, but rather to help you find common ground, not necessarily compromise but rather common and lasting solutions.
