    For over 30 years, Francine Guinois’s experience in management and human relations has fueled her passion for personal and professional development and overall well-being.

    Holding a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, she is a certified coach in applied neuroscience, a mediator and a member of the Ordre des CRHA du Québec (CRIA) as well as the RITMA Naturopathy Association. She has also completed numerous additional trainings.

    Francine offers coaching and mediation services. Her vision, listening skills, rigor and business sense make her a valuable ally. She tailors her approach to help executives, managers and employees stay aligned and have a positive impact on their teams and results while promoting a healthy lifestyle.
